Our animals are all handled and cared for properly from the time they are born to the time they leave our home. We have a veterinarian who we use for exotics that can check over our animals as needed so that we can guarantee you that they are healthy and ready to go to their forever homes.

 

If you have an unexpected loss of one of our animals after a week (any species), please contact us so that we can either exchange the animal for one in the current litter, or we can put you on a waiting list for the next litter. We pride ourselves in making sure that our animals are healthy, and we want you to have the best experience when buying an animal from us. If your animal develops any illness after the week it will be your responsibility to give it vet care etc.

 

If you have issues with the animal (allergies, moving etc.) please contact us if you need to re home the animal. We do not want to see our animals in shelters, and it will be a no questions asked event to take them back. If it is after the week period to exchange an animal then we will not refund the purchase price, but we will guarantee that it will be placed in a good home.

 

All of our rabbits will have an ear tattoo in their left ear showing the Dam/Sire and the number of kit they were from the pair when they are purchased. This is to also insure that they can be given back to us from a shelter if you do not contact us to give the animal back if you decide you can no longer care for the animal. We keep track of all animals’ tattoo identifications so that we are able to prove ownership in case that does happen.

We will also keep a copy of that animals’ pedigree for the lifespan of the rabbit just in case you lose your copy or if we are to take the animal back.

 

Once you have purchased the animal you have all the rights to that animal. You will have all of the breeding rights to said animal as well. A pedigree or birth certificate will be included with said animal as well as the transition feed it needs to be successful after leaving our care.
